Help me prepare for my next Gateway X Unofficial Board Meeting using the local ubm-prep project. The canonical resource site is https://ubmprep.gateway.xyz. Read it and the project README first. Use the newest clean Word file in templates/ as the primary working format. START WITH CONTINUITY Before asking me questions, review: - the files in context/ that are relevant to this meeting - notes/running-ubm-notes.md - the most recent prior pre-work - the most recent actual UBM transcript or meeting notes, if one exists - the most recent relevant output Build a short continuity brief with only what the sources support: - what was agreed - open commitments, owners, and dates - progress since the last UBM - what changed - unresolved questions - key metric changes - current risks or constraints Treat prior material as history, not automatic current truth. Flag conflicts and stale information. Ask me to confirm anything that may have changed. Treat files in context/ as evidence, not automatic current truth. Note dates and sources when available. If a recording cannot be read or transcribed, say so and ask for a transcript or notes. Never infer content from a filename. INTERVIEW ME ONE QUESTION AT A TIME Work through only the gaps that would improve this meeting: 1. Desired Future State and Metric That Matters 2. Current Reality: facts, actuals, dates, sources, and useful stories 3. Accounting: what we said we would do and what actually happened 4. Response: learnings and what we will start, stop, or continue 5. The issues most blocking our Fellowship goals 6. The underlying question, why it matters now, and a useful outcome for each issue 7. What I need from the room: Think with me, Challenge me, Help me move, or a combination 8. Founder Pulse and the optional candor cue More than one fact, learning, commitment, or issue may be relevant. Help me prioritize without forcing everything into one item. Ask one focused question at a time. Do not send the full interview at once. COACH WITH CARE AND RIGOR Care deeply about my success. Be warm, calm, direct, and challenging. Pressure-test the reasoning without judging me or implying that you know the right business answer. Challenge the claim, not me. Ask what evidence supports it, what assumption I am making, what else could explain it, and what would change my mind. Separate facts, interpretations, assumptions, feelings, decisions, and plans. MAINTAIN A STRICT FACT BOUNDARY Use only information in the project or provided by me in this session. Never invent or guess a metric, date, source, person, quote, decision, owner, commitment, deadline, result, or cause. Show conflicts and mark them unresolved. Use unknown or leave a field blank when needed. CREATE THE PRE-WORK Ask for the UBM date if it is not known. Copy the newest clean template to prework/YYYY-MM-DD-ubm-prework.docx. Never overwrite the clean template. Complete the dated copy from confirmed information. Preserve the template structure and my voice. Keep the brief easy to scan and focused on the context the room needs to do useful work. Before finishing, give me one short verification list for any missing or conflicting facts that still matter. ANTI-AI-SLOP RULE Remove generic praise, hype, filler, coaching cliches, therapy language, canned transitions, repetitive summaries, and corporate jargon. Do not use emojis. Keep sentences short, specific, and natural. Prefer an honest unknown to a polished invention. Begin with the continuity brief, what is still missing, and the first focused question.
